Reservations are based on double occupancy.

There is a charge of $20 per night for an extra person in the room.

 

All rates are subject to 4% occupancy tax and 8% NYS sales tax.

 

All reservations require a one night deposit with balance due upon arrival. Deposits will be refunded for cancellations received at least seven days prior to the reservation, less a $25 processing fee. 

Deposits will not be refunded with less than seven days notice, unless the rooms can be filled.

 

Special event weekends require a two night minimum stay, with the balance payable in advance. Deposits and balances for these weekends are non-refundable, unless the rooms can be filled.  Special event weekends include Graduation, Reunion, Homecoming and Family Weekend. Special rates apply for these weekends.

 

Extneded stays of more than three nights qualify for a 10% discount.

In order to ensure the comfort of our guests, pets are not allowed at the Guest House on East Pleasant Street. Guests may arrange to bring a small dog to the Dalí Suite when making a reservation.  Dogs may not be left unattended unless crated. Guests are responsible to poop scoop, and are responsible for any damage caused by their dog.  A $20 pet fee will apply.

 

All accommodations are smoke free.

 

Check-in time  after 3 PM, is flexible, and is arranged with your hosts on an individual basis.

Check-out time is 11 AM, unless otherwise arranged with your hosts.
